Infrastructure
Our Technical Capacity
At INFURSA, our production capacity is based on a solid infrastructure and the use of cutting-edge technology. We have invested in high-precision equipment and a rigorous quality system to ensure that every part we manufacture meets the most demanding market standards.
Facilities and Equipment
Our facilities are designed to optimize efficiency and safety at every stage of the casting and machining process. We feature:
Lathes and CNC Machining Centers
Computer numerical control machines allow us to process parts with very tight tolerances, ensuring dimensional precision and superior finishes.
Die Casting
State-of-the-art aluminum casting equipment ensures consistent, durable parts in high-volume production. We have 400-500 ton machines with injection capacities of up to 7 kg.
Peripheral Equipment
We have peripheral equipment such as:
-Furnace
-Auto ladler
-Auto sprayer
-Thermoregulator
-Auto extractor
-Trim press
-Cooling conveyor
This allows us to have automation for process control and high-quality products.
Quality control
Quality is the cornerstone of our work, and our control system is exhaustive. We ensure that our customers receive top-quality products, and to achieve this, each piece undergoes a series of rigorous tests:
Chemical analysis of metals with a spectrometer
To ensure the quality of our raw materials, we employ an optical emission spectrometer. This equipment allows us to perform precise chemical analyses of metals such as aluminum, bronze, and steel, verifying that the alloys meet the required specifications.
Dimensional Analysis
We take precise measurements to ensure that the dimensions of each part conform to the customer's drawings and tolerances.
Visual and dimensional review
During the production process, continuous inspections are carried out in each work cell to detect any potential defects in a timely manner.
Hydraulic bench analysis
Parts that require it, such as valves, are pressure tested to validate their proper functioning and tightness.
Physical inspection of the product
A final complete inspection before packaging and shipping, ensuring that only perfect products leave our plant.
